Agreement refers to the legally binding contract that controls the delivery of the desired services.

1. Tele Thoughts provides an online telehealth platform, fee collection, administrative assistance, Medicare billing processing, and referral management. Clinicians pay for these services and must be duly qualified and registered with Australian medical authorities. It's crucial to understand that Tele Thoughts supports independent practitioners instead of hiring Them directly.
2. The people who use these services are called clients in this document. Clients who sign up acknowledge that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions in this document and the privacy policy.
3. Clients' personal information will be treated with the utmost privacy and professionalism. Our Privacy Policy, available on our website, provides more details.
4. Following the assignment of a referral to a clinician and the completion of an evaluation, the clinician will produce reports tailored to the client's condition and symptoms for the referring physician.
5. While our clinicians primarily provide medical advice and treatment plans, prescription drugs are typically not given unless required by law. Clients must coordinate any recommended management programs with their referring general practitioner.
6. The vedio consultations are convenient, clients know the drawbacks of in-person visits, including the possibility of technological difficulties causing delays. Understanding these distinctions is vital to optimizing the efficacy of telehealth services.s

Services That Are Not Emergency

Tele Thoughts emphasizes the design of its offerings for non-emergency scenarios. Health professionals and our platform are ill-prepared to handle situations involving severe medical or psychological disorders. It is noteworthy that our psychiatrists do not admit patients to hospitals.

Tele Thoughts advises you to contact your local mental health agency, dial 000 for emergency services, or go to the emergency department if you find yourself in a crisis or need immediate medical or mental health care. You can also get support by calling Lifeline at 13 11 14. Recall that your security and welfare are our top priorities and that it's critical that you have access to the right resources in an emergency.

Not Advice Regarding Medicine or Healthcare

It is important to note that Tele Thoughts is not a medical or healthcare provider. Therefore, unless otherwise specified in these Terms, we do not assume liability for any medical or healthcare services obtained through our platform. We strongly recommend that clients with any questions about medicine or healthcare consult with licensed healthcare professionals. It's critical to realize that we do not support or vouch for the efficacy, safety, or suitability of any particular advice, drugs, or therapies—including those given by medical professionals during consultations. Clients should not interpret everything on the Tele Thoughts platform as medical advice, including information a healthcare professional provides during a consultation. Clients are strongly advised not to use this information before speaking with a licensed psychiatrist, or other healthcare professional.

The No Abuse Policy and Termination

Tele Thoughts aims to provide a safe and considerate atmosphere for all users. Tele Thoughts categorically condemns abusive, threatening, or intimidating behaviour directed at our practitioners, staff, or other users. If such activity continues, we reserve the right to act appropriately, including suspending service. To continue using our websites and services, you must abide by these conditions. When termination becomes required, we let consumers know about it. If this isn't possible, we advise getting help from your regular practitioner, a nearby mental health program, or emergency services. It is crucial to note that Tele Thoughts disclaims all liability for acts, including service termination, performed by third-party websites or organizations.
